These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at orbixadigital.online and form a binding contractual agreement between you, the user of the website, and us, Orbixa Digital.

1. Services

Orbixa Digital provides web and mobile development, UI/UX design, custom software, and related services. Detailed scope, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be agreed upon in a separate statement of work or contract.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. We process payments securely via PayPal and other authorized gateways. Clients agree to pay for services rendered according to the agreed milestones.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for our services, the intellectual property rights for the custom software/website developed will be transferred to the client. Pre-existing materials or frameworks used remain our property or the property of their respective owners.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbixa Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
